Geospatial Analyst

This position absolutely requires an active TOP SECRET security clearance with current SCI Access.

SCOPE: As an Intelligence Analyst you will apply expert knowledge in one or more of the following areas: GEOINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and/or OSINT. In this position you will be responsible for geospatial intelligence analysis on issues supporting current and future areas of responsibility within the customer's mission. You will work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret reporting from multiple sources to produce current and finished geospatial intelligence products. You will prepare and present intelligence assessments and briefings to customers and advise key leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate. You will exercise oral and written communication skills to collaborate and interact with analysts within the customer agency, military service components, and DoD and national-level intelligence agencies. In this position you will also assist in the development and documentation of analytical procedures, geodatabases, and may be required to educate and demonstrate new methodologies and instruct on the use of advanced applications.

EDUCATION/TRAINING: : Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience in lieu of a degree is required. Candidates should have completed foundational training in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) or cartographic sciences. A minimum of three years relevant experience is required.

SKILLS: Candidates must have experience using the following software applications: ESRI ArcGIS including Arc Map and Arc Catalog, Leica IMAGINE, Socet Set (or other 3D extraction tools such as Leica Stereo Analyst), Remote View, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Candidates must have experience conducting research and analysis utilizing Intelink and the Production Management Alternate Architecture (PMAA) databases. Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with the following imagery data types: NTM, air breather, and civil/commercial sensors. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and will interact with team members, customer representatives, external customers, and functional peer groups.
